- As I work for a coach company I know how tours work. The coach was ok, had a toilet and air-con but nothing else I would expect from an exec coach like Hot and Cold drink facilities, DVD and monitor. The drivers were great and assisted everyone in enjoying the break. I have to say the Tour Manager was useless and not really needed, the drivers were more than capable of doing what she did. On the outbound journey she boarded our coach at the last service stop which was about 45 minutes form the hotel. Never spoke until we were 10 minutes from the hotel and even now I could not tell you her name as she never told us. We were lucky on arrival at the hotel as we had the room we asked for but this could not be said for most of the other passengers. The breakfast in my opinion was an absolute disgrace. A dry croissant and cereal with the most disgusting coffee was not a great start to our full day in Disney. I suppose what made it worse was the fact that the drivers and Tour Manager ate in a different area having a cooked breakfast and this was seen by the passengers!! On arrival at Disney we had to wait on the coach as our tickets had been given to the wrong group!! We finally made our way in the park ready for what the trip was all about, meeting Mickey Mouse. All the timings from the Tour Manager were approximate or thereabouts. There was no structure to the information she gave us. The fireworks were at 23.00 and she just said make you way back to the coach after, no specific time to help people. We finally left the park at 00.30 and got back to the hotel at 01.15. As a company with a good name in the Tour Operator market I have to say that some aspects of the trip were disappointing. However my group had a good time and made a bad situation as good as we could.
