Billy Connolly is quite simply the most successful popular British stand-up comedian of modern times. From humble beginnings in Glasgow, leaving school to become a welder, Billy has now become an international celebrity - film star, producer and TV presenter (don't miss his recent documentary 'Journey to the Edge of the World', which follows travels in the Artic) as well as a talented musician and a natural-born storyteller. Fortunately, despite his success, the 'Big Yin' continues to tour as a comedian, and we are delighted to offer the opportunity to see him perform live, at the HMV Apollo Hammersmith Theatre in London this January, at what will be his only UK shows.
