Day One

Make your way to Hull. As 'Ocean Countess' sets sail this evening, enjoy your first dinner on board, get to know the Cruise Staff and some of your fellow passengers, and look forward to the exciting days ahead.

Day Two

Today is spent at sea, cruising into the English Channel.

Day Three

Guernsey's delightful St Peter Port welcomes 'Ocean Countess' today, and the day can be spent enjoying the pleasures of this beautiful Channel Isle. Don't miss 800 year-old Castle Cornet, which guards the entrance to the harbour, nor the medieval, cobbled central quarter of St Peter Port. An island excursion will reveal a countryside covered in a profusion of spring flowers.

Day Four

The historic Cornish port of Falmouth - with its fascinating National Maritime Museum - welcomes 'Ocean Countess' today. Explore the cobbled streets of the town, perhaps take a boat trip to Mylor's famous Pandora Inn, or join the optional shore excursion to discover the extraordinary wonders of the famous Eden Project and its amazing, exotic, plant-filled 'biomes'.

Day Five

This morning finds us in the fabled Isles of Scilly. 'Ocean Countess' anchors in still, blue waters, giving you the opportunity to go ashore to explore Hugh Town on St Mary's and the flower-strewn byways beyond, and stunning Tresco, where the world famous Abbey Gardens house Britain's finest subtropical plant collection.

Day Six

'Ocean Countess' arrives in Dublin, the incomparable Irish capital, one of Europe's most engaging, vibrant cities, with Grafton and O'Connell Streets thronged with shoppers, the cafes and coffee shops, and of course the famous bars and pubs, meeting places and melting pots for locals and visitors alike.

Day Seven

The beautiful island of Mull, the first of our Scottish calls, offers breathtaking scenery, abundant wildlife and a spectacular coastline. The small town of Tobermory, familiar to many with its picturesque, multi-coloured houses encircling the waterfront, is a delightful place to explore.

Day Eight

'Ocean Countess' ties up in Scrabster, close to the popular town of Thurso, and one-time regular port-of-call for the Royal Yacht Britannia - the late Queen Mother's favourite Castle of Mey retreat lies near, as does famous John O'Groats. Enjoy a scenic shore excursion through one of Britain's most unspoiled landscapes.

Day Nine

The last port of call on this fascinating cruise is Leith, final resting place of the former Royal Yacht 'Britannia', and gateway to Scotland's historic capital, Edinburgh. There'll be time to explore both the famous old vessel and the lanes and wynds of the famous Royal Mile, to shop in Princes Street or to take in the stupendous view of the city from the ramparts of the ancient Castle.

Day 10

'Ocean Countess' returns to Hull this morning, and you disembark at the end of a wonderful Round Britain Voyage!
