Itinerary
Day One
Travelling by high-speed Eurostar from London St Pancras or Ebbsfleet International station at lunchtime, you will arrive in central Paris in the mid-afternoon. You will be met by our Tour Manager and transferred to your hotel by coach.
This evening join our first optional excursion, to old Montmartre, the artists' quarter. Wander the cobbled streets around the Place du Tertre, taking in sights, then board the coach for an atmospheric night-time drive around the illuminated Parisian sights.
Day Two
After breakfast, enjoy our panoramic tour of the city's sights - the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Arc de Triomphe on the Champs Elysees and the gleaming dome of Sacre Coeur.
Afterwards you're free to visit some of Paris's landmarks and museums, shop in the Galeries Lafayette or perhaps explore the labyrinthine flea market at Sainte-Ouen, stroll down the Champs Elysees or relax over a drink in a pavement cafe.
Day Three
This morning we'll head to Versailles. Wander through the stunning gardens and perhaps visit the Palace (entrance payable locally), where the luxurious Hall of Mirrors is amongst the spectacular highlights. You may also like to visit the pretty town of Versailles itself before returning to the hotel in the afternoon.
The rest of the afternoon is left free, before a chance to bid "au revoir" to Paris on a final, evening optional excursion. Wander the fascinating, cafe-lined streets of the Latin Quarter, the perfect place to enjoy a meal (payable locally), then board a Bateau Mouche for a romantic evening cruise along the Seine.
Day Four
After a leisurely breakfast, transfer by coach back to the station, and check in for your Eurostar train home, which departs at lunchtime and arrives in the UK in the early afternoon.
